Rory Michael Kinnear is an English actor born February 17, 1978. He is most notably known for his portrayal of Bill Tanner in the James Bond movie franchise. Rory is also known for his work with the Royal Shakespeare Company and Royal National Theatre in which he won an Oliver Award for his portrayal of Othello.
